DUTIES: Analyze, design, program, test (SDLC), debug and modify local, network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Develop and customize Healthcare Document Management applications. Apply knowledge of Healthcare systems such as pre-registration, coding, and collecting revenue for the healthcare provider as well as knowledge of hospital medical records processes like records retention, content storage, and healthcare standards and specifications like HL7 and HIPAA. Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and technologies. As Scrum Master, leads cross-functional team to deliver software. Produce documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Interact with clients to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate professional experience in position offered or related software engineering positions. Education/Experience must include the following 1. Standards based software project management methodologies such as agile processes; 2. Certified Scrum Master; proficient with Rally Scrum platform; 3. Sparx Enterprise Architect UML Modeling tool; 4. MS Windows platform using SQL Server - SQL, PL/SQL & data modeling; 5. Java 1.6; 6. Eclipse IDE; 7. JBoss & Tomcat application servers; 8. Ext JS, Java Script, Java Servlets, JSP; 9. Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Java Beans; 10. XML, REST, SOAP, and RMI.
