We are looking for smart, energetic recent college graduates to contribute to our Performance Analytics commercial software products.
We are seeking skilled problem solvers with good design and programming skills in Java or C#.NET. Our Software Engineers participate in all phases of our iterative development process and have opportunities to learn and advance ideas, technologies, and software products. You will be responsible for analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification, and testing of applications and tools in a variety of languages, operating systems, and database environments. Engineers must be able to think and act both independently and collaboratively with team members to effectively accomplish project objectives. Project teams consist of business analysts, engineers, quality analysts, and documentation specialists.
Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of local, network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and technologies. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
2+ years experience in software engineering
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
