Job Description:
  • Manage international/distributed Automotive Infotainment Software Projects
  • Resource planning and tracking
  • Feature/Function planning and tracking
  • Error estimation and tracking
  • Monitor and measure performance at a project level (metrics)
  • Track and plan inputs/output deliverables from/to other competencies
  • Main customer and Project Management contact for planning topics
  • Project level risk management
  • Negotiate timing and content of deliveries with customer, subcontractors, and project team
  • Responsible for overall quality of delivered software
  • Support software process rollout and compliance with Quality Assurance standards
  • Coordinate/lead global steering, iteration planning, and stand-up meetings
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Computer engineering (r)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Software Project management (r) and embedded software experience (r)
  • Excellent Software project management Skills (methods/tools)
  • Experience with Agile development/management techniques (r)
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on software development experience (r)
  • flexibility/ability with globally distributed team (r)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Knowledge of SW Quality processes (e.g. SPiCE, CMMI)
  • Problem solving and Negotiating skills
