The Project Manager has a minimum of five (5) years of experience, and is responsible for managing client implementations to achieve client and company desired results for assigned projects. This person effectively interacts with the client to apply products to solve client business challenges. This person tracks and communicates project status to client and company. The Project Manager is the primary liaison to client. This person facilitates company resources that are needed to achieve desired results. The Project Manager is competent with project management theory, knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques. The Project Manager is accountable for the following:

•Successfully managing client implementations to achieve client and company objectives and results

•Project Communications

•Compliance with established SILC (Software Implementation Life Cycle) methodologies and quality controls

•Client Relationship Management / Customer Satisfaction

•Project Financials
