The Software Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to our customers in their use of our proprietary web-based application. Position responsibility is to assist customer in issue-resolution utilizing your foundation of technical knowledge surrounding software and hardware. Specific responsibility is to respond to inquiries through e-mail, phone and internet protocols; diagnose and resolve using prescribed troubleshooting techniques, and document such efforts. ( Shifts available include 7a-4p; 8a-5p;10a-7p.)
Successful candidates will have three or more years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology. Additionally, must to able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Role necessitates excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization with people of varying technical knowledge and skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but additional relevant work experience may provide a substitute for this requirement. The technical environment we support includes HTML, CSS, web servers, SQL, JIRA, and ERP software (Oracle PeopleSoft, and Ellucian Banner and Colleague)
