Information Technology Services provides technologies, services, and resources that support an innovative, engaged learning community, enhance student success, and serve campus operations in one of the 200 top research universities in the nation. We take pride in providing excellent customer service to provide the best support possible to the campus community.
This position works on the Information Support Services help desk in the Information Technology Services service group.
Under general supervision, this position serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, prospective students and faculty experiencing login, navigational or processing difficulty with enterprise computer systems. The incumbent responds to help desk inquiries and analyzes reported problems resolving many of the basic issues and logging help desk tickets to technical and functional staff to resolve those requiring more expertise. This position also participates in testing of self-service functionality for new releases and upgrades.
Anticipated Hiring Salary:
$3,424 - $3,490/month
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree is required. An equivalent combination of education, appropriate professional certification and related experience will also be considered.
