Vivint Solar's Office Assistant position makes for a great full-time job for those living in and around Wailuku area. Employees in this job perform and oversee a variety of general office support duties.
Manage the office/warehouse phones.
Take calls from reps and techs and schedule site survey jobs.
Work with potential customers to schedule the install of their system
Maintain weekly communication with customers via phone or email
Work with various cities to obtain permits for our reps and techs.
Perform other clerical duties that will help ensure efficiency and high productivity levels.
Assignments where the processing of documents and recording, retrieving, and distribution of data is an essential and/or substantial part of the work.

High school education or equivalent
