Seeking a strong candidate with experience designing and implementing large corporate technical projects; likely, as a senior developer or technical lead. The candidate should have a strong working understanding of the latest technologies, the ability to work with and influence both technical and business project team members, and be able to produce key architecture project artifacts, including design documentation, recommendations and decisions.
The solution architect role is a technical position that is responsible for the successful implementations of technical solutions and architectural strategies. This role is the key IT resource for ensuring the design, build, and implementations of solutions meet the business objectives, as well as the progression towards the overall corporate architecture Strategy & Roadmap. This individual generally has a strong technical background and also possesses the ability to collaborate with and direct internal and external resources at all levels.


Minimum of 10 years technology experience and at least 5 years of experience in development and/or detailed design.
Experience functioning as a consultant to other IT groups or as a recognized technical leader
Management of multiple small to large projects (Level II up to $1M) in a cross-functional organization.
Strong technical background in contemporary software development tools. Preference is experience in SOA and or Web technologies.
Consensus building and leading of disparate teams without direct authority.
Business partner engagement and knowledge to develop solutions to complex business problems.
Design diagramming including data flows, use case realizations, sequence and dependency diagrams.
Vendor Management oversight of solution design, build, test and implementation, including Code Reviews.
Professional demeanor with the ability to model dedication and support for DHP goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and team members.
Decision making ability with consideration to a wide variety of situations and conditions.

Experience in designing solutions for generating X12 835 transactions with EFT
Experience in Health Insurance claims processing background.
Health Care Industry Knowledge
System architecture
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus
Technical Proficiency in Data Flow Diagramming, Web Services, SQL and Analytics
Technical Proficiency in Conceptual Modeling, UML and Logical Modeling
Technical Proficiency in DHP Technologies: Oracle, Informatica, TIBCO, .NET.
Experience as Technical Lead on projects for large corporate projects
