Serves as the primary interface between TriNet and Work Site Employees of its customer companies. Maintains the day to day customer relationship through inbound telephone, email, and any other forms of communications, as well as internet interactions. Ensures the delivery of TriNet Signature Services as a PEO relating to HR products and services by auditing and/or documenting such delivery, seeking customer feedback on services, resolving service issues, identifying service opportunities, and informing management of key developments prompting the deployment of other TriNet resources as necessary.
Deliver TriNet’s core of Signature Services in a contact center environment, by responding to and resolving customer concerns in regards to human resources, payroll, benefit practices, products & services.
Interpreting payroll and human resources policies, explaining benefit plan specifics, changes and policy decisions for customers as necessary.
Serves as the customers advocate in resolving inquiries and escalates as appropriate to Tier II personnel within Service Operations to facilitate resolution of more detailed customer issues.
Delivers friendly, hassle free service to all callers with accuracy, professionalism, empathy and sense of urgency.
Build and maintain effective business relationships while representing the customer to all departments within Service Operations to deliver first call resolution.
Effectively escalate calls as necessary
Follows internal safety and standard operational procedures.
Responsible for meeting and or exceeding established Key Performance Indicator metrics as defined by management.
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the management’s discretion.
Education: High School; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in direct customer service in a contact center environment.
Experience working in a HR Outsourcing/PEO environment a plus.
Preferred knowledge of Human Resources services and systems and automated operating environment.
Regular full-time employees are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week
