Leader of solution strategy.
Facilitator of client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to drive a high-impact recognition strategy/solution for the client.
Developer and author of solution design document for assigned accounts, including strategy, tactics, communication strategy/plans, process/program components.
Consults with client and internal stakeholders on recognition best practices and options.
Understands, manages and articulates client expectations and business requirements for assigned projects.
Utilizes internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop design recommendations.
Proactively works to identify and get resolution of any potential areas of client concern during solution design phase.
Reviews solution design against initial proposals to identify scope revisions and brings to attention of project team and sales.
Uses knowledge of client needs to recommend additional products, services and solutions within/outside of assigned programs.
Reviews project, design and supporting details with internal O.C. Tanner project stakeholders to create awareness, gather questions/suggestions pre and post-design.
Prepares and presents the design document to client for final approvals.
Works closely with sales and the internal team throughout design and implementation phases.
Serves as solution/consulting resource during the implementation and operation phases for internal resources.
Checks back into the account at key intervals (90 day, 6 month, 1 year) to check progress and results and offer suggestions/consultation to team. May re-engage at these intervals to support reviews for larger accounts.
Frequent out-of-town travel with overnight stay for work at client offices, meetings, etc.
Overtime work, as required, throughout the year.

Proven track record on designing/managing complex, and high visibility projects.
Ability to consult at most senior client levels and make decisions appropriate for the client and the company.
Presentation and facilitation experience and expertise.

Strong verbal and written business communication skills for effective communication and dialogue with clients and internal SMEs.
Strong attention to detail to ensure that specifications are accurate, work is thorough and to the highest standards so that clients and coworkers can understand.
