The highly motivated candidate will assist in planning, designing, implementing and managing Cisco IP Telephony networks and should have proven experience with the Cisco Unified Communications product suite including Communications Manager, Unity and Unity Connection, Emergency Responder, Contact Center, Attendant Console and Cisco Presence. Responsibilities will include:
Lead UC project planning and deployment opportunities
Interact closely with project managers and other parties to ensure a successful implementation
Plan and perform upgrades to client UC and network devices
Assist with the development and deployment of new services and technologies
Provide Level II troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents
Work hands-on with various technologies
Support development and delivery of customer deliverables such as reports.
Qualifications:
CCIE voice or comparable expertise and experience required
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
