DESCRIPTION

Title: Solutions ConsultantDepartment: Sales Reports to: Director of Professional ServicesFLSA Status: ExemptLocation: Washington D.C./Baltimore metropolitan area

DUTIES

Responsibilities: * Designs and delivers demos, presentations, technical quotes and proposals to key prospects for Professional Services and Document Flow Solutions* Works well both independently and in team environments to establish client's needs and determine requirements and proper solution(s) to meet those needs.* Ensure monthly quota is met and increase sales revenue by cultivating new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers.* Works directly with COS technical team and 3rd party vendors to ensure proper configuration and system requirements of all proposed and sold solutions.* Provide training and support to sales teams based on COS PS Portfolio offerings* Provide project implementation (post-sales) support to implementing engineers for designed solutions both remotely and at customer site.* Writes and verifies customized technical Scope of Work documents for Professional Services.* Maintains extensive knowledge and technical expertise on industry trends and updated solutions offerings.* Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or IT Industry technical certifications preferred, at least 5+ years of technical sales experience * Must have drive and motivation to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.* Strong presentation and customer service skills required.* Strong relationship management skills with customers and fellow employees required. * Strong negotiation skills required.* Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines.* Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member. Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives. Ability to travel to customer sites in MD, DC and VAValid driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage required.
