Responsibilities: Provides professional solution build management services for projects on engagements that run approximately 12 - 36 months. Defines and executes the HPAS 5.0 solution build and delivery processes. Management of projects within this scope would include coordination of efforts spanning across 50+ individuals. Emphasis on the iterative build out of solution releases and coordination of solutions resources in delivery according to a strict Release/Sprint schedule.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Provides project management leadership on a large complex project team that would encompass 50+ resources.

Responsible for coordinating the activities of all Solutions resources in planning, build out and transition of all project solution releases

Manages all aspects of required solutions throughout the project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, issues, risks, communications and changes.

Works directly for the Implementation Manager in providing the management of; scope, schedule, cost, resources/organization, communications, risks, issues, quality, configuration/documentation and procurement.

Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion.

Works closely with the PMO office in review of the project, development of risk mitigation plans and revise project plans and schedules as appropriate as a result of approved changed requests.

Maintains and develops a strong positive working relationship with the client.

Prepares and submits project status reports to management and conduct regularly scheduled project status update meetings.

Willingness to travel 50% - 75% in support of the projects
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

10+ years of software development and/or COTS product implementation project management experience.

3+ years of Agile Project Management experience.
7+ years Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) implementation project management experience including operational expertise.
Strong background of software development methodology, COTS project implementation methodologies and software engineering best practices

Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum

Excellent business writing skills and excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to make effective business decisions and ability to work independently and within a team

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments with minimal direction

Ability to assess and evaluate internal processes for improvement opportunities

Ability to analyze and organize data in order to prioritize project and process opportunities

Ability to abide by Molina’s policies

Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work

Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master and/or Scrum Product Owner training
Physical Requirements: Position will require significant travel, 50-75% Sit Bend Stand Walk Handle objects (manual dexterity) Use fine finger movements (type) Must carry/lift loads of up to 25 lbs.
