Direct involvement with business teams and understanding of the business.
Rapid prototype development to solve business challenges.
Proactively identifying ways technology can make the business more efficient.
Ability to rapidly assimilate existing systems and business concepts.
Experience with Java, SQL, JDBC or Hibernate.
Experience with Web Services.
Experience with concurrent programming.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a Business degree with strong programming experience.
