Manage project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering team and customer teams
Help identify, troubleshoot, and address technical risks and issues with web service integrations, from back-end performance to web front-end UI issues
Identify and effectively communicate project requirements with a diverse group of roles within our customers’ organizations, to keep customers on plan and on schedule
Improve internal processes and systems for more efficient customer interactions
Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality
BS in Information Systems / Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Detail-oriented, with very strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills
A minimum of 2 years of web development experience (Java, PHP, Python, or Ruby)
Experience with Linux and AWS is desirable
Experience with XML and XPath is desirable
Demonstrated experience in project management or account management, with strong leadership, organization and communication skills
Sales-oriented, customer-centric thinking and strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate to non-technical audiences
Experience with network performance, web services and SEO are a plus
