Support internal and external teams by preparing and distributing production reports in various formats using Microsoft Office and internally developed tools

Use basic analytical and system skills (eg. Excel and PowerPoint) to highlight metrics and trends to support strategic sourcing decisions and help improve vendor performance

Achieve an intermediate knowledge of all Supply Chain Sourcing systems to assist during training exercises, data updates, and communicating system errors

Communicate professionally and effectively with peers, executives, and international business partners

Maintain monthly liability and debit/credit ledger details in a centralized database to report financial risks and potential losses to Supply Chain Cost Accounting

Develop Super-User status in Purchase Order systems to support internal and external user groups as needed

Understand basic accounting terms and concepts to reinforce Master Sourcing Agreement policies

Facilitate the communication protocol for quality-related garment defects and process outbound & inbound parcel shipments when requested

Establish relationships with cross-functional departments of Transportation and Information Technology to improve global system performance and business practices

Work under tight deadlines and take a proactive stance to identify and provide extra support for areas in need

Required Experience:
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks during periods of heavy workload and to appropriately prioritize deliverables without direct supervision

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills (eg. pivot tables, lookup formulas, and reporting)

Basic understanding of soft goods and apparel manufacturing or importing; supply chain experience is preferred

2+ years of experience in supply chain or accouting

Bachelor's degree
