Qualified Candidates will be:

Experience in menu and dish development
Able to coach and lead others to achieve our goals.
Tough on standards and accountability.
Effective in multi-tasking.
You must have:
3 years of Sous Chef experience.
Good longevity in current and past positions.
A.O.S Culinary degree preferred, not required
