The Sous Chef will be responsible for executing the Executive Chefs vision, helping maintain consistency and ensuring a high quality product while working in a high-pressure environment. This person needs to be a self-starter who is organized and neat with an eye for detail. This position requires good communication skills for teaching staff and expediting duties.
- Be skilled in all cooking techniques and have a three-year minimum experience
- Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures
- Keep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinets
- Be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co- workers and supervisors
- Have a Team Spirit
- Perform other duties as assigned
