Assists Chef with food preparation in assigned outlet. Supervises line staff and the preparation of all foods. Instructs kitchen personnel on food preparation. Calls to line employees all orders placed by Food Servers and ensures that all orders come up together, are garnished properly and are served timely in accordance with established standards. Assists with implementing culinary labor and cost controls. Can recommend hiring or terminating in conjunction with disciplinary action. Performs duties as assigned.
High school diploma or experience in related area preferred. Three (3) years experience in preparation of food required. Previous experience as a chef required. Good organizational skills necessary.
