Booking all spa and salon appointments accurately. Answer all spa phone inquiries according to standards. Knowledge of spa/salon products sold and the ability to promote and sell them.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Customer Service experience in a Hotel or Spa/Salon preferred.
