Position Summary: Critigen is looking for a Spatial Enterprise Architect with project management and business and technical architecture skills, along with an understanding of current and future geospatial technologies, standards, architectures, and spatial data infrastructures. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing spatial enterprise architecture and business analysis support to a wide range of disciplines, in order to support implementation and alignment of enterprise spatial solutions with organizational goals, objectives, business processes, and IT standards and protocols.. Commensurate experience working with Esri software, specifically the ArcGIS suite (ArcCatalog, ArcMap, ArcToolbox) Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in applying spatial IT to the Department of Defense facilities and/or environmental management missions
Ability to apply and implement enterprise architecture frameworks including the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and/or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
Ability to document client organization business processes (as-is and to-be) using industry standard business process modeling standards such as Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Ability to prepare geospatial database conceptual and logical designs, using a variety of office automation and other tools.
