This position is responsible for performing routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work on a seasonal basis.

Essential Functions:
  • Writes, types or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents as well as copying information from one record to another.
  • Proofreads records or forms.
  • Sorts and files records.
  • Addresses envelopes or packages.
  • Stuffs envelopes by hand or with envelope stuffing machine.
  • Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
  • Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail.
  • Photocopies documents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or its equivalent

Minimum Experience:

Previous clerical experience preferred

Required Skills - Abilities and/or Licensure:

Standard office skills, such as typing, reviewing, recording or entering data and/or information. Good communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
