Great opportunity to work in a small, collegial adolescent psychiatric day treatment and special needs school in Needham. Our program offers a nurturing environment that encourages creativity, mutual respect, and opportunities for learning and growth. Responsibilities include implementing an academic component based on individual student’s IEP requirements, participating in a variety of treatment groups, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in the provision of appropriate services to teens and families.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Required Experience

MA/MS in Special Education required. SPED licensure in Moderate-Severe Special Needs for Grades 9-12 required. One year of special education teaching experience required.
