Will be responsible for the coordination of both University and non-University events (lectures, symposia, dinners, receptions, vendor shows, etc.), and events for the general public. Will assist in the management of the University's on-line calendar, community database, and master events list. Will assist the Director of Special Events as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required and relevant events experience required. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and ability to pay close attention to detail, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work under deadlines. Proficiency with database management (Filemaker Pro), Word, and Excel is necessary. Must be available to work evenings and occasional weekend events as necessary.
