The Special Projects Analyst, Sales Operations will support the Sales Operations team with the activities required to expertly service both our internal and external stakeholders. This energetic individual will accomplish this through maintaining processes, assisting with projects and building strong, effective relationships with the team.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Own and maintain the process for returning fully executed agreements to clients in a timely manner by utilizing internal systems to track and execute this process Follow, maintain and update the agreement scanning process Provide data entry and analytical support to the Sales Operations team Update and maintain process documentation, utilizing a consistent format and timeline for updates Assist with the processing of agreements for both new sales and existing business Create reports within CRM systems to facilitate process reviews Assist with scheduling and set up of team meetings Other duties as assigned by the Director, Sales Operations

Skills and Abilities Required:
Overall, the Special Projects Analyst, Sales Operations should possess the skills necessary to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition, the following skills are required to be successful within this role:

Strong customer service orientation Proven and effective communications skills Maniacal attention to detail Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team Capable and flexible enough to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Experience with CRM systems preferred Willingness to expand skill set and take on increasing responsibility Strong technical literacy and the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically Education and Experience Required:

LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
