The purpose of this position is to work with sales leaders of the Teleservices , Mid- Market , and Enterprise Sales teams in developing and improving sales skills and methodology throughout the Midwest Market. This role will be responsible for the on-boarding process to improve market sales skills through initiating sales coaching, participating on sales calls, call monitoring, and in development of sales strategies.


To support the overall sales skills development of the assigned Teleservices, Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales Channels by developing/increasing the sales proficiency of the sales reps in those Channels to ensure Business Services achieves its overall revenue targets. Coaching and development to include Classroom coaching as well as 'In the Field' on Customer Calls coaching and assistance, as well as individual/team strategy sessions.

Classroom coaching and or 'side jacking" on customer calls, coaching and assistance, as well as individual/team strategy sessions.

To plan, coordinate, evaluate, monitor and grow sales through team activity as well as territory/account management, and increased employee commitment and competence, in order to increase/grow revenue and market share.

Experience in curriculum design and development; excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

To manage and track all aspects of New Hire (Sales and Sales Leadership) performance against 'Ramp Objectives'. To provide analysis of both tenured and non-tenured sales personnel by sales channel as well as plan(s) to increase performance.

To establish/maintain Sales Development Certifications as assigned.

To fully understand and be able to articulate all TWC Business Services products and the respective "Value Added" propositions; develop pertinent sales coaching curriculum; deliver coaching.


Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent training, education and experience.

Five years direct sales and/or marketing experience with 2-5 years in a management and sales coaching/training role in a Fortune 500 company preferred. Industry experience in technology, telecommunications or internet-based services preferred. Proven track record of success in growing and defending the business in a competitive environment.

Experience in curriculum design and development; excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

This position required strategic management skills focused on improving operating processes and performance.
