Job Family Summary

The Customer Solutions Service role is responsible for post order resolution activities. This role is responsible for process execution on adjustment order types to expedite and resolve dispute related scenarios for the Med Spec Customer base.

What is expected of you for success in your role:
Familiar with the Medical Specialties business supporting direct and distributor customers.

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill sets important in being able to communicate effectively with a wide/diverse audience throughout the CFN BU matrices focused on meeting objectives and timelines.

Experience in the functional systems (SAP 6.0) utilized to support the business.

Demonstrates basic understanding of business practices and procedures, products, services and systems.

Performs tasks related to post order resolution activities.

Identifies and resolves problems with minor supervision.

Escalates problems where appropriate.

Communicates and enforces company policies specific to post order resolution activities.

Problem resolution activities require a solid understanding of system functionalities, policy and guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Previous experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting practices to be effective in this role.

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill sets.

Solid Microsoft Office Suite skill sets
