Ensures the accurate and timely execution of order processing, including validation of products requested. Maintains accurate tickler file and coordinates timely execution of orders via the sales processing system. Ensures that all deadlines are met to deliver expected results and generate profitable revenue. Executes current and future processes as defined by the business and Six Sigma projects.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
• Serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for specific customers as identified by the business to process telephone, fax, and
mail orders via Order Management system in order to meet the customer's delivery expectations
• Requests customer adjustments and check requests where applicable
• Handles and provides appropriate follow up on customer issues (i.e., delivery, installation)
• Completes information needed for fax or specifications sheet to customer
• Conducts delivery pre-calls to confirm order accuracy and delivery information
• Maintains folders for incomplete and complete customer service issues for follow up
• Advices customers and Account Managers of backorders, and helps to make another selection
• Confirms sales order information to customers as outlined in the process steps
• Provides effective two-way communication for internal and external customers
• Works and maintains accurate backorder log for specialty products
• Creates Work Orders for product installation to meet customer delivery requirements, which includes working with the Delivery
• Follows up with Credit to expedite Credit Holds
• Works various order management reports
• Ensures accurate allocation of product
• Performs other duties as assigned
