Job Description
Assists in ensuring the integrity of payroll and payroll tax information critical to payroll postings to the general ledger. Completes payroll tax funding wires, payroll tax data audits, account reconciliations, and periodic reporting per departmental processes. Is responsible for the allocation of tax adjustments and vendor invoices across 50 FEINs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting or tax or equivalent relevant work experience.
1-3 years experience in accounting, payroll, and payroll tax.
Payroll, Payroll Tax, and HR knowledge.
Highly organized and able to succeed in a fast paced and highly interactive work environment.
Strength in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Outlook.
SAP experience highly desirable
