The primary responsibility for this position will be to deliver service in the area of leadership training and organizational development for Tyson. This position will interact with all levels of leadership in Finance & Accounting and International leadership development, organizational development and training.
Specific responsibilities include: Managing and supporting the functional excellence job description database; training program administration; training program design, development, implementation, and evaluation for domestic and international locations; conducting organizational and leadership development programs including talent reviews and succession planning; performance appraisal support and administration (TEAMS); cultural training support and administration (Culture Wizard); and supporting International Talent Management Strategy development.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in I/O Psychology or Behavior Science required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years experience in training or related field required. Experience in instructional design and training administration preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication required in addition to strong presentation skills.
Travel: 5% travel. Some international trips may be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have direct reports.
