Specialist V, Ethics and Compliance (R12- 340)

In this position the successful candidate will contribute to the effective implementation of all aspects of PGE's Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program (Corporate Program) to prevent and detect unethical or non-compliant conduct. Promote an ethical culture and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications include:
Typically 15 years of applicable experience or a degree plus 10 years of applicable

experience. Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional a plus.

Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and skill in ethics and compliance programs

or related disciplines such as auditing, assessment or regulatory oversight.

Effective project management skills; proficient at facilitating/resolving inter-group

conflicts, and motivating group members; ability to work well with

employees/customers internal and external to the department.

Ability to effectively develop and deliver training and consultation expertise to other

company departments, customers, regulators, other utilities, and industry groups.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Highly skilled at writing policies,

reports and representing the department at meetings; ability to make impromptu

oral communications on behalf of the department/project as situations arise.

Valid driver’s license with evidence of a safe driving record.
