We are currently seeking talented Specialized Investment Services Representative for our Tampa, FL facility.
As a Specialized Investment Services Representative for USAA, you will have one of the most important roles in our company. In this position, you'll spend approximately 90 percent of your day handling in-bound phone calls from our current members. You'll be responsible for processing simple to complex service transactions while contributing to enterprise business goals through enterprise referrals and relationship building. Some sales skills are required in this position.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Provides member service and/or product acquisition through various channels (e.g. phone, email, fax) for area of expertise. Under direct supervision, uses established procedures to carry out routine work assignments.

Base salary plus bonuses leading to greater stability than commission driven compensation plans.
Structured training (8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday for 6-8 weeks).
40 hour work weekly work schedule.
Must be able to work extended hours between the times of 7:30am - 8pm, Monday - Friday & every Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Schedules may involve working a 4, 4.5 or 5 day work week.
30 percent Shift Premium pay (work scheduled: >6pm, M-F & Saturdays).
1+ years customer contact experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Required acquisition (within 90 days of job entry) and maintenance of FINRA Series 7 license.
Required acquisition (within 90 days of job entry) and maintenance of FINRA Series 63 license.
Intermediate knowledge of investment industry products and services.
Process knowledge of investment accounts, including retirement.
1+ years investment industry customer contact experience.
Series 7 and 63.
FINRA Series 65, Life & Health licenses and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)/Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Relationship skills are critical to success in this servicing/sales position.
Ability to listen, understand and confidently influence others to a positive outcome.
