Hollander Home Fashions is an international manufacturer of textile products selling to major retailers since 1953, currently operating plants in Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois and Toronto, Canada, as well as a joint venture in China. Hollander’s product lines include a broad range of bed pillows, comforters, and mattress foundations, which are filled with synthetic fibers as well as feathers and down. Products are manufactured under our own label, under retailer’s store brands as well as designer brands.

Summary: New Items/Components
Process change orders by setting up &/or revising items & components in the Agile/Oracle systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (I ncludes the following)
Assign item #s &/or component #s for new products. Create new items/components by setting up product attributes, accounting GL codes, assigning plant organizations & freight classification. Assign product lines to items/components according to dept categories. Assign customer sku # to items. Set up UPC descriptions & label information for items. Calculate packed carton & individual product weights for items. Create retail ready carton components. Define item-container relationship. Add items to price list. Create bills of material for new items. Create alternate BOM for assortment items. Assign labor to items. Make customer item/BOM/component changes as necessary. Set up new items in web catalog. Communicate effectively with other depts. including sales, merchandising, costing, planning & purchasing. Set Up products for customers in the Web Catalog. Cross trained as a backup to assist in other areas of the department. Other duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Will report to Product Specifications Supervisor.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma required, Associate/Bachelors degree preferred. 2 plus years of clerical experience. P roficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Oracle experience a plus.
