The Speech Therapist evaluates and treats, providing family oriented services to the home health patient with oral-motor and/or communication disorders secondary to developmental delays, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardio-pulmonary impairments; as well as traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders. This includes patient and caregiver education; discharge planning; and consultation to other professionals, clinics, or agencies.

Qualifications: Masters degree in speech/language pathology. Two-year experience required, of which 1 year pediatric experience preferred. CPR certification. Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology Current Texas drivers license in good standing.

This position is location specific. Employees choose their location and desired case load to work around their schedules with no minimum or maximum required. Current needs are in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, Lewisville, HEB, Grand Prairie, Keller, Southlake, Ft.
