Provide spiritual guidance and education for chemically dependent adolescent and young adult men and women in residential treatment, using the Twelve Step Program recovery model, in groups and individual counseling sessions, including Fifth Steps.
Master's degree from an accredited school in theology, divinity, or pastoral studies required; must have at least one year of professional clinical experience in spiritual care, working with chemically dependent people using the Twelve Step model required; must have experience listening to Fifth Steps; position requires a minimum of two years of freedom from chemical use problems; basic computer skills required.
