Completion of a two year Associate's Degree or Business Administration Degree. Four year degree preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 five years experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity within a fast paced environment
The ability to deal with sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Advanced level experience in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility and proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
Ability to work in a team environment, take initiative and work independently.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to craft agendas, meeting minutes and reports for review
Excellent professional presence and diplomacy
Proactive nature with ability to anticipate needs of others and synthesize information into concise relevant facts promoting efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to develop and work with reports
Handle all administrative needs for CNY Retail Banking Director.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date calendar , including prioritizing and scheduling meetings, revising schedule due to changing needs, arranging meeting logistics etc...
Ensure management remains on schedule
Reception of Visitors
Prioritize and route incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate to ensure action/attention required is addressed.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of staff and external contacts.
Assist in invoice processing, tracking and other budgeting related activities.
Coordinate departmental meetings and other events including selection of venue, handling logistics and negotiating with vendors.
Create agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports and presentations
Complete expense reporting and other ad hoc projects as needed.
Prepare travel itineraries
Compilation and distribution of materials
Procurement of office supplies
Will also coordinate and lead activity relating to internal/local recognition, engagement, and campaign activity
Must be able to develop and understand reports in support of region sales activity
Must adhere to pertinent laws, regulations, First Niagara's Compliance Policy and external compliance requirements.
