Title: Senior Analyst, Enrollment Form Development and Support (EFD&S)

Reports to: Manager, Enrollment Form Development and Support (EFD&S)
Summary of Responsibilities:
A Senior Analyst , under the direction of the EFD&S Manager, is responsible for customization and maintenance of MetLife’s filed enrollment, Statement of Health (SOH), Group Applications, Portability and related filed forms for all Group Voluntary & Worksite Products and Markets, as well as Sponsored Direct and Alternate Distribution Markets.
Principle responsibilities include : (1) the creation and maintenance of enrollment and filed forms for Group Voluntary & Worksite Products on both a strategic and client specific level that are customer focused, operationally effective and compliant with state laws. (2) consulting with internal partners regarding forms related issues; (3) maintaining an awareness and knowledge of MetLife products, policy provisions and corporate benefit trends; (4) obtaining and analyzing plan design and provisions in order to ensure accuracy of form content and consistency with company guidelines and administration; (5) participating on cross-functional, product launch and ad-hoc teams; and (6) working on multiple projects.
A Senior Analyst handles contract/certificate analysis, compliance and design responsibilities for single and multi-product enrollment opportunities.
Expedites turnaround times needed to meet the needs of our customers and their respective employees and delivers innovative solutions to optimize participation.
Establishes and maintains strong internal relationships with Account Executives (and Consultants), Account Managers and other sales and customer-focused personnel in order to provide world-class service to corporate clients.
Manages requests by addressing unique client plans designs from initial analysis through final design and ultimately, delivery to the customer.
Implements product rules and state variations in customized filed forms in accordance with state filings and incorporates any necessary changes.
Constantly looks for ways to improve internal processes and better serve internal clients.
Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for paper and electronic form development.
Provides documentation for internal and external partners in order to ensure consistent forms.
Identifies potential risks, issues and appropriately escalates to management.
Position available in Bridgewater, NJ or Aurora, IL offices.
Ability to work on multiple projects, manage time and meet competing deadlines.
Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and issues to maximize effectiveness.
Heightened attention to detail and an ability to exhibit flexibility.
Expert in Microsoft Word. Proficient in Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word macros and design experience a plus.
Knowledge of MetLife's group products, services, systems and compliance issues.
Ability to build strong relationships across large organization.
Excellent customer service focus to meet customer deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze detailed requests and to multi-task in a highly competitive and date-driven environment
Work effectively as part of a highly interactive team.
Handle reporting responsibilities, as needed.
