PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.
The primary focus of the Channel 1 (C1) Client Driver team is to drive profitable revenue growth and relationship development efforts for local priority audit accounts, including both clients and targets. The C1 Driver team is responsible for working with the Global Engagement Partners and other team members to drive the account team to establish and to achieve the overall account goals. The C1 Driver team will also support proposal development for opportunities in the market which are not supported by National Fly-in Team resources and may support other priority activities for the local Audit practice such as the client feedback program and local Sales Relationship programs. C1 Client Drivers also function as a shared resource (across markets) and as needed may be deployed out-of-market to work with the relevant Marketing & Sales Market Leader, Market Managing Partner and Assurance Site Leader to drive the Channel 1 needs in each case. The C1 Driver is responsible for sharing winning practices across the network with their assigned teams.
Position/Program Requirements:Knowledge Preferred:
Working knowledge of audit approach and current regulatory developments that affect a public accounting firm. Some knowledge of a firms independence requirements and the impact on services. Working knowledge of account and relationship management principles and/or sales marketing. Demonstrated experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems
Proven experience in the following activities: account management, sales reporting and account planning. Proven experience to apply strategy and develop value propositions for pursuits that address the client needs. Demonstrated sales marketing and/or account management experience for 70% of this role.
Demonstrated ability to manage and focus team members on next steps and actions to provide value to current and target clients. Demonstrated ability to coach and prepare non-sales professionals for oral presentations.
