Purpose:

The position of Sr Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, interviewing and recommending placements of employees through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods. Works directly with hiring managers of Datacard and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities : · Full cycle recruiting of US positions and coordination of global positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and Onboarding new hires.
· Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates.
· Manage preferred vendor relationships.
· Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts.
· Manage the Employee Referral Program.
· Maintain recruiting metrics dashboard.
· Participate with projects and other work assigned.
Basic Qualifications: · Bachelors Degree
· Minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting (all types of positions – professional, technical, exempt, non-exempt and managerial positions)
· Demonstrated experience with behavioral and competency based interviewing
· Experience working with major recruiting websites and an application tracking system
· Experience with vendor management
Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with recruiting for Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Staff positions
· Experience with PeopleSoft Recruiting Module
· Proven ability to build strong relationships with manager and external partners
· Experience with global recruiting
· Demonstrate a sense of urgency
· Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
· Advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
· Solid understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
