Sr Data Analyst, strong Finance background to conduct and document complex financial analysis projects for the Global Vision PLUS ® Development organization. Prepare the financial plans (managed and supplemental expenses) by working with functional leads and regional finance partners located around the globe. Ensures performance (MTD, YTD of Plan vs. Actual vs. Forecast) of financial plans is reported accurately on a monthly basis. Provide variance analysis of financial performance on a monthly basis, identifying risks and opportunities. Develops and communicates accurate, timely and comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership. Work on complex tasks and projects. Work has some direct impact to the financial strategy and activities of the organization. Manages all metrics and data for the organization and quickly responds to requests for ad-hoc data and analysis made by senior leadership. Work directly with Management, Finance and other Chiefs of Staff across the organization to deliver upon requests as required.
