Responsibilities:
Manages any combination of Consumer Group brands including Turbo Tax and Quicken marketing campaign strategy including developing integrated channel, offer and end to end operational strategy via behavior based triggered targeting and customer segmentation. Drives ROI positive go to market programs leveraging email, direct mail, targeted landing pages, test offers, predictive analytics, customer data and in-product marketing behaviors.

Responsible for prioritization/optimization of new and existing infrastructure to support end-to-end operational implementation of Direct Response programs by sizing revenue opportunities, influencing and securing resources form cross-functional teams across Product Management, Customer Support and Advanced Analytics organizations.

Lead and implement increasingly complex, multi-channel direct marketing programs from initial marketing brief, to driving program execution and post-program analysis & ROI measurement

Innovates with a proven test and learn mindset that seeks out and adopts learning & best practices

Understands the customer experience for targeted products, and can recommend/develop lifecycle programs whose goals are to deliver the right offer to the right individual at the right time

Responsible for managing strategic execution and prioritization for testing including setting up test designs, operational plans to meet intended customer experiences and infrastructure support and metrics for analysis

Effectively partners with internal and external teams, including marketing, product, care, agencies and vendors, to inform, influence and drive successful end-to-end campaign execution

Develops automated trigger email campaigns: can translate desired customer experience into a clear program, identifying/sourcing necessary behavioral or data inputs from products and owning the build process between email vendor and Intuit resources

Manages marketing budget for all programs, with responsibility for expense management and forecasting.

Leads end of season wrap-up, analyses results and makes recommendations.

Qualifications

8-10 years of direct marketing or related marketing field with a proven track record implementing and managing end to end Direct Response marketing programs in a multi-channel environment

3-5 years experience leading large cross functional teams with proven ability to drive growth against P&L commitments

In-depth knowledge of direct marketing testing principles with experience developing and implementing testing strategies across channels including designing and analyzing contact strategy and customer experience.

Strong analytical and problem solving orientation, comfortable engaging with database marketing resources to review performance and drive targeting and segmentation efforts for campaigns

Demonstrated ability and motivation to try new things and lead change, with a drive for continuous improvement

Exceptional project management negotiation and organizational skills

Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail

Work well within cross-functional matrixed organizations and has proven experience driving end to end customer programs with dotted line management responsibility

Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills

MBA preferred, Six Sigma or related certifications a plus
