This position is responsible for developing strategy, directing implementation and maintenance, and ensuring integration and optimization of workforce technologies for the enterprise. This includes core, employee and manager self-service, and ancillary human resources systems and databases for the division and HCSC. In addition, this position oversees the development of business cases for HR technology and other initiatives as well provides direction and resources for the management of plans, timelines, budget and management reporting for projects and demand management requests. This position also provides services and support for the collection, organization, access, reporting and security of workforce information for HCSC. Collaborates with all Human Resources areas, ITG and other divisions to provide integrated and effective corporate and business solutions, optimize and ensure the cost-effective use of HR technology and self service without bias towards any one solution, and capture return on investment (ROI) commitments to meet corporate goals and priorities.

1) Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Management, or Human Resources;
2) 10 years of combined experience in: management and implementation of workforce-related technologies; human resources operations and/or project management; and information management and reporting;
3) Knowledge of internal human resource policies and processes;
4) Knowledge of general trends and innovations for human capital and information management;
5) Knowledge of emerging technologies in human resources and employee enablement; 6) Planning, budgeting, and demonstrated project management skills;
7) Ability to drive, manage and facilitate change;
8) Ability to work with all levels of management;
9) Negotiations and problem-solving skills;
10) Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

1) Previous HR Systems Consulting/Outsourcing experience;
2) Previous experience working in a large-scale corporation utilizing Peoplesoft HCM;
