The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Senior Network Engineer for our Quality Assurance Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:

Design, Architect, Configure and Execute necessary network transit configurations for specific new test environments. Examples would be to design the best and most efficient methodology to interconnect a vendor or other site (Engineering Lab) with our (QA) lab so that it properly represents (TWC) production architecture without introducing latency, non-test specific traffic or errors.

Design, Architect, Configure, and Implement network routing, network switching, security, and VPN access (Portal) functions to allow for testing of all products within Quality Assurance to be performed without introducing "test-related" traffic.

Maintain OOB (Out of Band) switching network for the capability of all testers to access all hardware from any remote location.

Maintain all lab network transit points for the infrastructure network between multiple lab sites (Coudersport, Herndon and Peakview)

Find root causes and document problem resolutions for systemic issues and communicate to Quality Assurance management the needs to properly resolve issues long term

Monitor, Maintain and Insure security for all network traffic egress and ingress points into the Quality Assurance lab.
