To further our momentum, we’re looking for a Sr Field Marketing Manager to join our high performance team in our journey to help everyone do business faster – and better.

This person will work closely with senior marketing staff and executives, the DocuSign sales organization/consulting/finance, vendors, and community thought leaders to execute flawless events. He/she will collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure alignment and proper messaging.

Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with Field Sales leaders to determine targeted programs to drive revenue

Extensive project management; owning an event from its inception through pre-event programs and post-event reporting

Complete all internal documents seeing them through the approval structure (Purchase Request and Return on Investment forms)

Executing with Excellence DocuSign tradeshows, Executive Forums, Annual MOMENTUM users conference and Partner events

Continuous correspondence with multiple DocuSign departments to inform all parties of our presence at events

Weekly updates to marketing department

Negotiate DocuSign sponsorship levels and deliverables with event management

Create internal show briefs outlining DocuSign complete involvement in the event, updating it regularly and holding weekly meetings with all involved DocuSign departments to keep to deliverable schedules

Main point of contact for all external vendors

Main point of contact for all DocuSign employees

Budget management and allocation

Timely post show reporting (post show documents, financial reconciliation, lead input and SFDC campaign creation)

Integrate offline programs with online initiatives, including offers, reporting, SFDC integration, lead management, online event registration

Research and investigate sponsorship opportunities to gauge strategic DocuSign involvement

Manage DocuSign relationship with marketing associations and expand community involvement

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team

Cross-department collaboration

Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects

Superb time management and an appreciation for deadlines

Budget management

7-10 years of project management experience specializing in large scale tradeshows

7-10 years of marketing program execution

Team/Functional Skills:
Ability to manage a direct report, collaborate with a team; comfortable with bringing abstract brainstorming ideas to concrete points of action

Must be a self-starter taking initiative while simultaneously being able to adapt to sudden changes at any time

Financial responsibility allowing DocuSign marketing spend to be maximized

Possess the ability to think outside the box
