Commercially oriented finance role that provides decision support to the
Industrial division. Role will oversee trade spending analysis and accruals;
provide insight and analysis on customer, product and channel profitability; and
assist Sales and Marketing to develop plans and forecasts. Role will report to
the Industrial Finance Director. The incumbent should possess excellent
communication and analytical skills to support the team in meeting their
business goals.

• Provide Finance support and analysis to the commercial team. Requires working
closely with the Sales, Marketing, and senior management.
• Provide decision support and analysis on key strategic projects focused on
improving the profitability of the business and growing revenues. Support
efforts to make decisions on pricing, launching new products or entering new
channels of distribution.
• Develop process to understand product and customer profitability. Make the
necessary recommendations to improve financial performance and educate the
broader team on making better financial decisions.
• Provide Sales Teams with actual vs. plan, prior year, and forecasted
financials by assessing results and focusing on the impacts of profit/margin.
• Measure forecast performance (volume and dollars) at product and customer
levels in an effort to continuously improve forecast efforts and profit
improvements. Challenge forecast submissions as necessary.
• Oversee trade accrual process and analysis on trade spend. Make
recommendations to improve ROI/effectiveness of our spending.
• Assist in the development of monthly business reviews, analysis and
development of full P&L forecasts.
• Contribute to the development of annual business and strategic plans.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

BS in Business/Finance
5-7 years related experience

Consumer or related product experience.
