Job Title: Sr Human Resources Business Partner
Reports To: Vice President, Human Resources

Location: Houston, Texas (Corporate office and Research Facility)
Estimated Travel (%): 10% Ability to travel outside U.S.
: Serves as the change agent for developing key organizational capabilities within the specified business area
: Partners across the global organization, while establishing and building credibility in the specified business area, in support of Kraton's policies, practices, and programs. In addition, shares information and issues, while identifying and resolving and identifies and resolves issues / constraints impacting the specified business area and Kraton, as appropriate.
: Leads employee engagement work through survey administration, action planning, and other engagement tools within the business team.
: Partners with the business to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations (including any appropriate investigations), performance management, succession planning, compliance, retention and compensation through the understanding of the business needs.
: Provides objective and strategic input and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization through direct and honest feedback and coaching.
: Acts as an employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering action plan to address needs for the specified business area.
: Manages projects and provides additional support for corporate and business area initiatives and objectives including, but not limited to, recruiting, compensation, talent development, etc.
: 5-10 years of experience as an HR business partner.
: Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and deliver on commitments
: Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with the ability to adapt to changes and competing priorities through collaboration with others
: Experience working across multiple geographic regions preferred
: Experience working with a research organization is a plus
: Experience in a global environment is a plus
: Bachelor's degree required
: Master's degree in related subject area preferred
