Sr Integrated Marketing Supervisor
As part of the Strategic Business Plan North America Marketing is tasked with creating new business opportunities for reseller partners vendors and Ingram Micro through Reseller/End-user ' Demand Generation Direct Marketing and Web Marketing. The marketing division has aggressive revenue and profit goals that must be achieved and these areas have been identified as critical components to achieving those goals. Integrated Marketing is a combination of new and existing methods and techniques that will be used to proactively generate demand for products and Ingram Micro's services-from end-user to reseller with follow-up from the Ingram Micro sales force for the close. The position of Sr. Integrated Marketing Supv is a critical enabler to achieving these goals. Direct Marketing Lead Generation and Web Marketing are key focus areas that comprise Integrated Marketing. Integrated Marketing will focus on the design and execution of programs for resellers and end-user demand generation and the development of a back-end support infrastructure and establishing processes. Additionally Integrated Marketing is a critical component in development the new North America web site: ingrammicro.com (combining into one NA site using the infrastructure to encompass Canada's web site ingrammicro.ca with the potential of scaling out to other international geographies for Ingram Micro) and the Sr. Supervisor of Integrated Marketing will have the primary responsibility for overseeing and directing this effort on behalf of the marketing organization. The Sr. Supervisor of Integrated Marketing will have the primary responsibility of refining the established vision direction strategy and execution for Ingram Micro North America's Direct Marketing/Demand Generation/Lead Generation initiatives as well as web site development initiatives where applicable.
Education: Bachelors degree required preferably in marketing or business. Study and/or certificate in the fields of direct marketing and web development preferred. MBA a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years work experience required in the field of Integrated Marketing Management Direct Marketing with leadership and staff management responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of Direct Customer Engagement techniques and tools required including: direct response marketing communications lead tracking CRM process development database marketing list development and management web use in direct marketing and managing direct marketing specialists and agencies. Extensive knowledge of web development and marketing is required including for business-to-business web site development with a combination of technical and practical knowledge to ensure successful integration and execution using cross functional departments (primarily IT sales and marketing) to achieve goals. Strong leadership skills required to lead and manage direct reports as well as indirect and cross-departmental associates. Minimum of 8 years of leadership/management with multiple direct and indirect reports required. Strong knowledge and understanding of data analytics statistical analysis and marketing ROI required. Strong agent of change and change management. Knowledge of: Integrated Marketing direct response marketing and web development and marketing required. Leadership and strong management skills required for both people management and marketing program management. Skill in: Vision Strategy and Tactics within the following areas: Integrated Marketing Direct marketing direct response marketing web development web marketing database marketing lead generation demand generation tracking and reporting ROI.
