Sr Manager, Global Consulting-1215301

Description
The Global Consulting team is responsible for the execution of complex management consulting engagements for global and multinational clients. The team works with clients and cross-functional business partners to improve profitability, increase growth and enhance the customer experience in the delivery of consulting projects. The Senior Manager role is focused on executing Consulting engagements to increase profitability and client entrenchment.
- Manage the consulting P & L of a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships (locally & globally) on behalf of customer
- Actively engage clients and build strategies for complex consulting and procurement projects
- Work through global partnerships to share information and best practices.
- Create proposals, project plans and presentations for large scale consulting engagements in T&E and B2B categories.
- Formulate strategy, engage resources and oversee projects
- Achieve demonstrated and tangible business impact from consulting engagements.
- Form global relationships; manage delivery of value proposition, growth, retention and profitability objectives and strategies.
- Identify and create new service offerings based on client needs and/or industry developments

Qualifications
- Top performer with a strong track record of closing complex deals
- Proven results demonstrated by exceeding goals
- Ability to deliver engagements for large engagements where a high degree of creativity, innovation, and thought leadership is required;
- Abiltiy to network through complex organization structures to uncover customer product and process improvement opportunities.
- Comfort working across many business and functional areas.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communicator and strategic thinker
- MBA preferred
- 5 + years of post MBA experience with a major consulting firm in a client management role, or 5 years of solid B2B sales or sourcing experience working with Fortune 500 companies
