Drives the execution of multiple business plans in support of Multi channel strategies by identifying customer and operational needs; leading the integration of best practices across multiple channels, communicating business plans and priorities, analyzing and forecasting costs to support business plans; evaluating operational processes; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; responding to and solving daily operational issues; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning; providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsible for leading a highly performing team who lead the execution of multi channel strategies and new programs. Leads multi-channel operations by managing profit and loss (P&L) against budget; identifying features and functions to maximize profitability and growth; holding individual multi-channel business accountable for financial results; and meeting or exceeding all key performance indicators (KPI). Drives execution of multiple large scale projects for Sam's Club eCommerce by partnering with enterprise wide partners (for example, Global eCommerce, Sam's Club Operations, Logistics) through each of the project lifecycle phases to ensure project's charter is successfully completed. Developing a team of multi channel business managers, project managers, and support specialist by investing in their professional development. Analyzing strategic business initiatives. Ensures business objectives are met by establishing goals, scope, budget, timelines and milestones; adjusting resources to meet business needs; managing process of gathering appropriate business owner signoff; developing and executing plans for managing risk; and escalating project-related issues to management.
Experience in Multi Channel programs, 5-6 years working in a Multi Channel Environment, college degree, 8 years in CPG, retail operations, eCommerce, or business equivalent. Ability to provide develops and leads teams.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, customer advocacy, strategic planning, product development and/or program development.
