The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a marketing team. The Sr MM manages a respective group by developing organizational structure project assignment and ensuring adequate personnel coverage for the group. Responsible for coaching marketing managers on how to create write and implement effective marketing plans and programs. Drive and manage Ingram Micro marketing budget. Frequently interact with peers Product Marketing Sales Category Management and vendors to understand product category opportunities and initiatives. Develop and implement customer segment marketing strategies/plans/programs. Represent IM and customer segment in business meetings when necessary. Establish a leadership position within the marketing organization by chairing a task force or committee. Responsible for personnel management duties including daily coaching work load management performance evaluation and associate development plans.
Education: Bachelors degree or relevant additional experience in related field.
Experience: Four to five years related industry experience. Supervisory experience preferable.
